Gold Rush Express Delivery is looking for professional DELIVERY DRIVERS using their OWN VEHICLE to join our team!

We are a family-owned business atmosphere that has been an on-demand & routed delivery service for over 36 years and looking for responsible Delivery Drivers to distribute products promptly to our customers.

Job Summary:

Must be at least 21+ years old and have a valid driver’s license with a minimum of two years (2yr) history and a clean driving record with no major accidents or tickets in the past 3 years and be familiar with the surrounding Bay Area neighborhoods. A commercial license is not required for this position. Our customers/Clients are time-sensitive and high priority and do expect great customer -services, and goods/packages to arrive within a specific time frame/time-sensitive, so you must be able to work independently and manage your time effectively and wisely.

Job Type: Full-time / Non-Exempt 

Typical Work Week: 4-5 days a week with a working minimum of 6-8 hours

Schedule Type: Monday-Friday, 07:00am - 4:00PM (Can change at any given time based on the needs of the business)

Rate of Pay: $18.50-$21 Per Hour + Mileage & Supplemental mileage reimbursement

Expect to drive more than 100-250 miles per day
This auto mileage reimbursement (Mileage reimbursement is non-taxable) + the fuel supplement (on top of mileage reimbursement, supplement for the increase in fuel cost per mile), you can make up 25+ per hour or more!

Brief Job Requirements & Qualifications: (Job description will be offered upon conditional offer letter has been received)

Must be willing to drive your own vehicle
21 years of age or older with a minimum 2-year driving history
Valid driver’s license
No at fault accidents within the last 3 years
No moving violations within the last 12 months
Proof of a registered vehicle for use
Minimum required auto insurance of 100K/300K
Must Comply with company appearance guidelines / Policies & procedures
Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle.
Use handheld devices for routing information and customer delivery information.
Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
Load and unload packages to be delivered
Able to lift, push and pull a minimum of fifty (50) or more pounds without assistance or reasonable accommodation
