$60,000/year for a 10-hour shift
$65,000/year for a 12-hour shift

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily delivery operations, managing drivers, and ensuring the seamless execution of courier services. This is an on-site, full-time position requiring a motivated individual with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule daily delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet client deadlines.
Dispatch drivers and monitor their progress to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing real-time support and addressing any issues that arise during delivery.
Communicate with clients to provide updates, resolve delivery concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with partners and vendors to ensure proper handling of time-sensitive or special shipments.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch operations, including route details, driver logs, and delivery updates.
Troubleshoot delivery issues, including delays, vehicle breakdowns, or emergencies, and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local transportation regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or transportation is a plus.
Proven experience as a dispatcher, logistics coordinator, or similar role in the courier or transportation industry.
Strong knowledge of delivery route planning and logistics management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and other logistics tools.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including 10-hour or 12-hour schedules.
