**Key Responsibilities:** 
- **Coordinate Deliveries:** Efficiently manage the dispatch of our fleet to ensure timely deliveries.
- **Track Shipments:** Monitor and update delivery statuses to keep customers informed.
- **Support Drivers:** Provide real-time assistance to drivers for smooth operations.
- **Problem Solving:** Address and resolve delivery issues promptly and professionally.
- **Customer Interaction:** Communicate effectively with customers for delivery inquiries and updates.

**Qualifications:** 
- **Experience:** Prior experience in dispatch or logistics preferred.

- **Tech-Savvy:** Comfortable using dispatch software and tracking tools.   E – Courier experience would be a plus.
- **Team Player:** Strong team collaboration skills and a customer-first attitude.
