TForce Logistics in Los Angeles is looking for Delivery Service Providers, also known as Vendors, independently contracted companies that provide a pool of drivers with Cargo Vans/Sprinters/12ft to 16ft box trucks to provide pick up and deliveries in the Los Angeles County area. Freight available five days a week, early AM loading, same day delivers by afternoon.
Documents needed for the companies to be brokered freight:

Federal MC, Motor Carrier
DOT
California MCP, Motor Carrier Permit
CA number
EIN, Employer Identification Number
Articles of Incorporation with the state as LLC or INC. 
Company must carry commercial auto $1 mil, General Liability $1 mil and Cargo $25K
Payment will be by % commissions
Companies must apply and have a minimum of two drives with own vehicles.
