Overview:
Seeking reliable and efficient Contract Delivery Drivers to join our team. This is an independent contractor (1099) position, you must have your own cargo van.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of goods to/from greater Boston area Hospitals and Ambulatory Surgical Centers and/or to warehouse located in Walpole and/or Norwood, MA

Responsibilities:
- Load, transport, and pick up and/or deliver surgical trays and tubs from warehouse and/or hospitals in a safe and timely manner
- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
- Follow pickup and delivery processes including logging them on computers or smartphones, including scanning and taking photos
- Maintain communication with Hub Manager to be informed of any changes in
delivery schedules or routes
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with Hub Manager, warehouse and hospital staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Keep vehicle clean and presentable

Qualifications:
Must have:
- Must have your own cargo van
- Van must be insured, up-to-date with registration and inspection, and in good working condition
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have valid insurance
- A minimum of 5 years of a clean driving record
- Must have your own working smartphone and ability to download Android or iPhone apps
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills

Ideal:
- Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes
- 5 years of commercial driving experience

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, flexible between hours of 6am through 6pm
- No weekends
