Description: Spelman Logistics is seeking highly motivated and dependable independent contractor delivery drivers. As a valued IC driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of various goods and materials. We offer three types of routes for our ICs: Scheduled, Dedicated, and On-Demand (same-day).

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver goods in a safe and timely manner
• Follow scheduled routes or respond to on-demand requests
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and settlements
• Ensure vehicle is maintained and in good working condition
• Provide exceptional customer service at all delivery points

Qualifications:

• Must own a reliable Car, Pickup Truck, Cargo Van, Sprinter Van, or Box Truck (2010 and newer)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Medical Courier Training, TSA Clearance, and Hazmat certifications are a plus!
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must have working iOS or Android Smartphone with data plan and GPS capability
