A reputable logistics company is seeking reliable and motivated Independent Couriers to join our dynamic delivery network. As an independent courier, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of items to various locations.

This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to be your own boss while earning competitive pay.

There are three opportunities in the Scarborough/Portland area. All routes run Monday - Friday from approximately 8:00am-4:00pm.

All routes run year-round, but seasonal options may be available. Driver can expect to drive between 780 and 1177 miles per week depending on the route. Pay is determined by which route the courier is assigned.

The routes with higher mileage will typically pay more weekly than the routes with lower mileage. The driver will need a full-sized van for this route.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide delivery service Monday through Friday
- Provide reliable vehicle and back up Driver
- Pick up and deliver packages to specified locations promptly.
- Ensure all deliveries are made in a safe and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer signatures.
- Handle packages with care and follow all company procedures.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Liability Insurance Coverage of $100,000/$300,000/$100,000
- Own a reliable minivan (or size equivalent) and back up vehicle.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Professional representation, strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- STAT Courier performs a motor vehicle records check and a criminal background check as part of the application process.
