For over 20 years, NW Pro Couriers has been delivering hope to our customers through specialized same-day courier services throughout Michigan. We're seeking experienced contract couriers who share these values and are dedicated to delivering excellence.

We're currently seeking to add a dependable, professional independent contractor in the Livonia area for STAT/On-Demand services. This role involves handling last-minute pickups and deliveries of pharmacy medications, Lab Samples, medical supplies, and other small Courier Packages dispatched through our route management system.

Location Requirement
• Must reside within 20 miles of Grand Rapids (ZIP code 49546)

Contractor Requirements
• Age 18 or older with a valid driver's license
• Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years)
• Personal vehicle - reliable car or small SUV (trucks and vans not eligible)
• Current vehicle registration and insurance
• Smartphone for GPS tracking and order scanning
• Personal cooler with reusable ice packs for temperature-controlled specimens
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Willingness to complete contractor-qualifying screenings and online delivery preparation modules
• Currently have or able to get a current STA(Security Threat Assessment) or TWIC

Professional Appearance Standards
• Approved uniform options:
  • Gray or red polo shirt
  • NW Pro Couriers T-shirt (provided)
  • Solid-colored pants (no athletic wear or sweatpants)
  • Professional, closed-toe footwear (no flip-flops, sandals, or high heels)
    • 1099-Contractor ID badge must be displayed at all times (provided by NW Pro Couriers)
