**Job Opportunity: Independent Contractor Drivers Needed for Daytime Routes**

We are seeking independent contractor drivers for floater positions to cover routes when regular drivers are unavailable in the St. Louis metropolitan area and extending to Columbia, Jefferson City, and Illinois. Pay ranges from $100 to $200 per day, depending on the route covered.

**Position Details:**
- **Pay Rate:** $100 to $200 per day (fixed rate for each route)
- **Contract Type:** 1099 position
- **Insurance Requirement:** Drivers must carry liability insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 without exceptions.

**Job Responsibilities:**
This position is ideal for retired individuals, Uber drivers, or DoorDash drivers who can be contacted on short notice to cover routes. You will be on call, and if needed, we will do our best to contact you at least 24 hours in advance. You will be compensated for the days you cover when the regular driver cannot.

- Deliver auto parts to repair shops and dealerships along a designated route.
- Pick up parts at our warehouse located in St. Louis (zip code: 63132).
- Daily mileage will vary depending on the route covered, ranging from 25 to 280 miles.
- Morning routes operate from 7:00 AM to 2:00-3:00 PM and from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM; two evening routes run from 5:30 PM to 1:00 AM.
- Routes are available Monday to Friday.

**Vehicle Requirements:**
A fuel-efficient vehicle, either a medium-sized car or an SUV, is required due to daily mileage. **NO SPRINTERS.**

**Payment:**
Payments are made weekly via direct deposit on Fridays.
