CBDriver’s Find A Driver Features

CBDriver.com currently has over 40,000 registered driver members throughout the United States. The target market of CBDriver includes drivers with cars, minivans, suvs, cargo vans, pick-ups, and box trucks.
Companies needing drivers can recruit two ways: 1) Search our database of drivers with Driver Available Ads - drivers advertising their availability and contact drivers directly and 2) Post Driver Job Ads to recruit new drivers.

Overview

Power Search allows recruiters to find drivers by city/state or zip and then filter by standard vehicle types: car, minivan, cargo van, covered pickup, box truck (14 – 24 ft). Search results include driver available ads with profile information, posted by drivers advertising their availability.

Post Driver Job Ads allows companies to post Driver jobs in single or multiple cities from one centralized recruiting dashboard to advertise for new drivers. Companies with different recruiting offices may set up separate accounts and manage ads on a centralized or decentralized basis. Posted Ads are available to review and edit from the account dashboard. Existing ads may also be cloned for easily creating similar ads in different cities.

Features

Ad Posting System and Driver Responses Centralized on Recruiter’s Account Dashboard: All Driver Job Ads and Driver responses are received and stored in the recruiter’s account dashboard. All ads posted are listed in a Driver Wanted Ad Posted Summary identifying ads by Ad#, Location, Deadline Date, Vehicle Type Wanted, and Experience Wanted. Recruiters can review their Driver Response Summary showing all responses to ads posted. Each individual driver response includes full profile of driver with – name, phone, email, city, state, DBA – MC# (if any), whether they have an EIN, type of vehicle by category (car, minivan, cargo van, etc.), vehicle make and mileage, insurance company name, special features such as STA certification, lift gate, hazmat, etc. , state of license, years held, driving record (accidents, moving violations, suspensions, DUIs, arrests, etc. – as declared by driver), driving experience and references.

Ads posted by recruiters generate automatic email alerts to all registered drivers within 35 miles of the city where the ad is posted, quickly notifying local drivers in our system that a new driving contract has been posted on CBDriver. Email notices to drivers when ads are posted accelerates visibility of posted ads.

% of Drivers Responding to Ads with Background Problems is Reduced - Drivers registering with CBDriver begin by creating their online profile and are asked to provide info on driving accidents, DUI’s, arrests, etc. Approximately 1 out 3 drivers who begin to register stop at this point, which has reduced the number of drivers with background issues in our system who are responding to your ads.

Saves Recruiters Time - Driver responses include driver specific information such as type of vehicle, make, mileage, insurance co., STA, hazmat, DBA (if any) etc. reducing recruiting processing time and allowing faster “vetting” of qualified candidates.

Print and Export to Excel Functions – Driver Responses with attached profiles can be printed individually and all responses can be exported into an excel format for simplified reviewing/sorting of candidate responses and profile information.
