***Independent Delivery Contactors will use a Company delivery vehicle ***

* Pay $20.00 hourly,

IC's will work: 9hr shifts, 3 days per week: Sunday/Monday/Friday
***Shifts: Start: 10:AM

What you must have:
Capstone Logistics is seeking Experienced Independent Delivery Contactors to provide excellent, reliable, pickup and delivery service. All drivers applying for this position must undergo extensive training covering safe driving practices & defensive driving techniques.

In addition, all drivers applying for this position must adhere to the practices, rules, and guidelines set forth by the Partner(s) you're servicing.
Key factors for driver success in this position are:

Candidates MUST have at least 6 months to 1 year of Commercial Driving Experience
1- Customer service rating / good attitudes
2- On time performance / Attendance
3- Safety

The position:
•No overtime or benefits
•Driver will go from fulfillment center to store and back to fulfillment center
•2-3 store drops per day
•Drive will off load racks with totes and load empty racks on the truck
•Driver must have fully functional cell phone to download apps and for navigation
*You will need to off load racks with totes and hand off to stores.
*Load on empty totes to return to fulfillment center. FC associates will unload trucks.
*Routes start and end at the warhouse

What Success Looks Like:

Drivers are to unload customer orders and deliver items to the customer's door.
Any customer service experience and delivery driver experience welcomed; training provided.
Provide excellent customer service while delivering orders.
Drive a company vehicle safely and in accordance with company and partners driving standards
Operate, company provided technology devices for mapping and customer interaction.
Maintain customer communication while in route to inform them of any issues or changes to their delivery in adherence with partner delivery standards.
Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in good condition, resolving any issues that may occur
Control and maintain an accurate record of customer deliveries
Assist fellow drivers that may encounter difficulties while out delivering
Ensure that goods are kept within the correct temperature guidelines; monitor and record temperatures to follow food health and safety regulations
Handle product safely and in accordance with food safety guidelines; record any serious breakages or contamination issues and report to supervisor
Complete pre-inspections check of company vehicle before use and report any defects to supervisor
Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Easy Requirements
*** Minimum of 6 months of commercial delivery experience ***

MUST be 21years or older
Valid driver's license
Must meet company's background requirements
Have OR Pass a DOT physical
Must have a good driving record
Ability to operate a delivery vehicle and handheld tablet device
Must be able to lift up-to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be at least 21 years old
