Job Description: We need someone who is generally available with reliable transportation. Small Package Couriers play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of small packages to our valued customers.

We offer a time sensitive delivery service 24/7 365 days a week so it important to answer at inconvenient times for us to cover important clientelle. Yes we mean night, on weekends.

This is an inconvenient job, kind of our niche, fill in what others are uncomfortable doing.

You will be responsible for handling packages, navigating delivery routes, and providing exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver small packages to various locations within designated timeframes.
• Pick up packages from the company's facility and ensure proper handling and documentation.
• Be able to get up and go at a moments notice for and Plan delivery routes and optimize them to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional interaction with customers at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, recipient signatures, and any exceptions or issues encountered.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any delivery-related challenges and ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety standards while operating a company vehicle.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver preferred.
• Knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet delivery targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry packages up to 100.
• Familiarity with package tracking systems and handheld devices is a plus.
