What You'll Enjoy as Better Trucks SHIFT Driver:

• Make the most of your time: One route typically takes an estimated 4-6 hours to complete, or less (depending on the size and other factors). Most drivers finish routes in 2-6 hours. Complete your route sooner than the estimated time and keep the extra cash. 
   
• Drive and roll your windows down: Delivering packages with Better Trucks means you have the potential to be yourself. As you hit the road, there are no passengers. Listen to music, your favorite audiobook, or even your favorite podcast.
   
• Same Day Payment for Route Completion: Routes are completed the same day. All failed deliveries are to be brought back to the hub at the end of your route and on the same day. No fails? You just head on home.
   
• Enjoy delivering using your own vehicle: Use your own vehicle to deliver packages for Better Trucks as a way of earning extra cash to move you closer to your goals or to simply earn extra cash for the holiday season.

• No CDL requirements: No box trucks or larger. Car, minivan, cargo/sprinter van, SUV, pickup truck with a covered bed are all examples of accepted vehicle types.

 
How the Better Trucks SHIFT Driver Program works:

• Sign up for route availability in our app.
• Make deliveries.
• Get paid (Instant payment and weekly payment options available.)

 
Requirements:

• Be 21 or older.
• Have a valid driver's license and social security number.
• Have a reliable vehicle: Most vehicles are accepted. Just no box trucks or larger.
• Have valid insurance coverage for your vehicle.
• Have a clean vehicle.
• Have an iPhone or Android smartphone.
• Consent to a background checks.

• Metro: Milwaukee
• Route pick-up and hub location: Watertown Rd, Waukesha, Wi 53186 (full address will be displayed at a later time).
• Delivery days: Tuesday - Saturday
