Orbit Healthcare is a fast-growing fulfillment and transportation company seeking to add to its team of Independent Contract Drivers. Independent Contract Drivers will be able to run routed, dedicated, and on-demand deliveries.

As an Independent Contract Driver, you get to be your own boss, work independently, and control the amount of your bi-weekly commission by adding more routes and on-demand work to your daily deliveries.

Must be available daily at 5am. Will need a TWIC Card and box trucks must have a liftgate.

Requirements

Be 21 years of age or older.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
Provide a copy of your Department of Motor Vehicles driving record.
Pass a drug screen and background check.
Own and operate your own, dependable vehicle and possess insurance for your vehicle.
Be able to load, unload, and transport large and small packages from your vehicle.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
Strong communication skills (i.e., written and oral communications)
Dedication to customer service
Be able to lift, pull, and carry as much as 50 pounds
Fluency in English
Be able to utilize your own vehicle – company vehicles are not provided
