We are seeking owner operators with their own 24-26' box trucks (liftgate required) to join our network in Chattanooga, TN. You must have or lease your own box truck and have active DOT authority that can be verified on the FMCSA website. 

These are hands on retail deliveries going to malls and strip malls. It’s Monday-Friday work generally picking up between 5:00am-7:00am depending on the route.

You will be responsible for getting the pallets into the back room at each delivery, breaking them down, stacking up the cartons, and scanning in all the boxes.

You’re not restocking shelves or opening any of the cartons themselves, just getting them off the pallet and stacking them up in their storage room. You’ll also need to take the shrink wrap and empty pallets back with you when you have completed your delivery. Liftgate, pallet jack, and dolly are required to perform this work.

The store associates will also be on site when the delivery is taking place so having good customer service is key as well. We have 2 apps you will be required to use for delivery.

All drivers enrolling with us will be required to complete a drug screen and consent to an MVR and background check. Pay schedule is biweekly via direct deposit.

Insurance requirements:
1. $1,000,000.00 in Commercial General Liability
2. $1,000,000.00 in Auto Liability
3. $100,000.00 in Motor Trucking Cargo Insurance
4. VIN Number must be visible on the document
5. Policy Number and Effective Dates must be visible on the document
6. Pace Runners, Inc. must be listed as a Certificate Holder @ 5951 Greenwood Pkwy Bessemer, AL 35022
