Position Overview:
We are seeking professional and reliable Cargo Van/Sprinter Van Owner Operators to join our growing team in Newark, NJ

This is an independent contractor position, ideal for motivated individuals who own their vehicle and are ready to take control of their workload!

Requirements:

Vehicle: Must own a Cargo Van or Sprinter Van in excellent condition.
Insurance: Minimum $300,000 liability insurance and $100,000 cargo insurance required.
Technology: Must own a smartphone and download WhatsApp – this is where all operations, dispatching, and communication take place.
Experience: Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred but not required.
Availability: Flexible schedule with willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Residency: Must live within 30 minutes of Newark, NJ.
Skills: Strong time management and communication skills; customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver freight safely and efficiently.
Ability to bid on loads and negotiate rates to maximize earnings.
Freight may require loading and unloading by the driver.
Communicate via WhatsApp to receive dispatches, updates, and resolve issues.
Ensure freight is handled with care to prevent damage.
Follow all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.
