INSURANCE:

$150,000 combined single limit for vehicles weighing less than 10,000 pounds gross vehicle weight.
• $300,000 combined single limit for vehicles weighing 10,000 pounds gross vehicle weight or more.
• $500,000 combined single limit for vehicles weighing 20,001 to 45,000 gross vehicle weight or more.
• $1,000,000.00 combined single limit for vehicles weighing 45,001 or more of gross vehicle weight or more
• cargo insurance of not less than $10,000 per occurrence.
• all such auto, property, and cargo liability coverage shall list ROLO as an additional insured.
• Workers’ Compensation or Occupational Accident Insurance of note less than $100,000 per accident, $500,000 limit.
